  I hired into Knight Industries while I was attending ITT as a detailer / light designer. Then within 4 years I started managing multiple projects and became a lead / senior designer. As I refined my skills over the next few years our upper management took noticed and moved me into the design / engineering manager position. This all happened within 10 years. In my current position I manage up to 55 mechanical designs / engineers, standards group and our facilities layout group along with assisting in future project coordinating, quoting and distributor training worldwide.
