As the head of this facility, I have been an integral part defining the company’s official strategic plan and a key driver to its implementation. I am also a integration team leader for all acquisitions, this involved the closure of three facilities and rolling their services into the Southern California headquarters while adding minimal headcount and making sure the integrations and relocations are completed with minimal disruptions. Complete understanding on ERP/MRP/MPS systems Key Achievements: Year to date I have reduced manufacturing head count by 15% at the same time reducing overtime by 34% compared to the same period last year. This was achieved through a more efficient re engineered manufacturing process and through an employed awareness program that kept employees informed of the company’s targets and results.
