Erik is an ideal partner to have in your team. I have worked with Erik as a Workshop Coordinator at AFC. He has a creative mind, is open change and he is the person you can count on at any time. Erik is not afraid to speak in front of an audience. For him, the interest of the teams is above his own. He ensures that the atmosphere within your team is always at a high level.

Academics for Companies is the largest cross-faculty organisation run by and for students at the KU Leuven. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the academic and corporate world by offering a broad range of activities, such as Events, Workshops and Projects. As a Workshop Coordinator I was responsible for the Management for Engineers Track in the first semester, consisting of five workshops. Thereby, a group of 25 motivated students learned about a variety of different subjects, in order to improve their soft skills. The workshops included Employeneurship (TMC), Project Management (Intys Consulting), How to crack a case (TAG), From SME to International Partnership (Delaware) and Sales Techniques (Hamilton). In the second semester I was responsible for the Productivity Boost Track, consisting of five workshops. The workshops included Effective Goal Setting (TC3), Teamwork (Mercuri Urval), Time Management, Stress Management (Pygmalion) and Mindmapping. Show less
