  Partner of Deminor International, a company focusing on investor protection, corporate governance, minority shareholder services and damage recovery for investors. I was one of the partners in the business, increasingly focusing on services for institutional investors. I set up our Italian business in 2001 (Rome and Milan). In 2008 I set up a new business unit focusing on investment recovery for institutional investors. That business became an independent company in 2013, initially focusing only on investment recovery services, and now a global player in litigation funding.
