Other duties include assessing operational needs, developing configurations that support service delivery processes, and conducting maintenance of all software applications and troubleshooting tickets. Significant accomplishments include: • Led the development and implementation of more than 300 custom EHR templates and documents for streamlining Clinical and ASC NextGen EHR systems, and accompanying St Luke's patient flow. • Incorporated crucial NextGen upgrades for greater efficiency, including the replacement and modernization of diagnostic equipment. • Identified and documented the needs for all specialties and departments in the organization through weekly engagements with the senior management team. • Promoted to the role of EHR Implementation Manager for excellent work in upgrading the company's EHR system. • Organized all diagnostic equipment on an application called continuum, which enabled providers to quickly see the results at any office at anytime using a computer or iPad. • Created a static IP line for all diagnostic equipment to provide direct remote access to any device. • Formulated a method for producing patient medical history from paper charts into electronic charts prior to the patients first EHR visit.
