When I met Eric for the first time I knew immediately that I wanted to work under his leadership. Eric hired me away from the public library world to develop a new Solution Consulting department. We shared a vision for what the department and role could do for public libraries. Eric's great sense of humor and drive for customer satisfaction made for a great working relationship. Eric has extensive knowledge of sales methodologies, an area I had zero experience. To say I learned a lot from Eric is an understatement. Eric is also a great thought coach and excels at teaching one how to think through a process or challenge. Eric has an exceptional work ethic, a strong drive to succeed, and very creative ideas on pipeline building. I am thankful for having met and worked for Eric and happily endorse Eric for any role. Any organization would be lucky to have Eric on the team.
