MVP focuses on sourcing primary and secondary direct investment opportunities on behalf of the MVP All-Star Funds and MVP Opportunity Funds through developing relationships with entrepreneurs, institutional, and private shareholders and we raise capital for our funds and our deals from our extensive global network of high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors. MVP and its underlying funds have invested in companies such as Airbnb, Draftkings, Spotify, Pinterest, Lyft and DocuSign at discounts to their eventual IPO valuations. We currently hold positions in such notable companies as Instacart, Klarna, Kraken, Revolut, Lime, SpaceX, and Epic Games. Additionally, some of our Partners' historical Pre-IPO equity transactions include purchasing shares of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Alibaba. Investors are hungry for, but often unable to access, these fast growing, late-stage companies’ return potential.
