As a solo full stack developer, I was responsible for building/maintaining Interest Smart's entire CRM platform built in Angularjs (1.6.x) and Laravel 5.x. Hired as a sales rep in 2008, I was able to grow with the company. We built successful sales floor based on the principle that we didn't just hire sales people, we hired dynamic personalities and helped those individuals become successful sales people. We believed in consistently managing, mentoring and training sales agents to keep them at the top of their game.
