In March of 2021, I was named VP of Marketing at Zintex Remodeling Group. I'm responsible for all lead generation, conversion and branding. I oversee the Call Center and Events & Shows Managers and our Digital & Creative Marketing Manager. My goal is to help take the company from a $9.5 million a year business to $100 million in 5-7 years. In 2021, we did $19.5 million and in 2022 we did $31.5 million. Our goal for 2023 is $42 million. We will accomplish this by developing a strategic marketing mix that will yield growth and 12-13% marketing cost month after month. Show less

When I was in elementary school I checked out a Life Magazine library book about JFK and became very interested in his assassination. Throughout elementary school I used to get LEGO sets for my birthday and Christmas, so I combined my interest in JFK's assassination and LEGOs. This model sat in my Mom's basement until the spring of 2019, where I donated it to a JFK historical museum (I'm not able to release the name of the Museum until they announce that it's going on display). https://www.facebook.com/jfkassassinationlegos Show less

I was a Professional Caddie from 2007-2010 on the LPGA Futures Tour, Ladies European Tour, LPGA Tour, and Nationwide Tour. I spent 2 seasons on the Ladies European Tour in 2008 and 2009, 1 season on the Futures Tour and 1 season combined on the LPGA and Nationwide Tour. I had the privilege of caddying for players: Australian Dana Lacey, Czech Jana Peterkova, South Africans Stacy Lee Bregman and Lee Anne Pace and Americans Kim Welch, Kim Augusta, Casie Cathrea and Jin Park. The highlights of my caddying career were helping Stacy Bregman finished 6th in our second LET tournament together in Scotland and 2nd the week after at the Turkish Airlines Open. Both Stacy and Lee Anne qualified for the 2008 and 2009 Women's British Opens at historic courses Sunningdale and Royal Lytham and St. Annes. I worked two tournaments for Amateur Casie Cathrea one being the 2013 U.S. Women's Open at Sebonack Golf Club and watched her win Low Amateur. When I wasn't caddying on tour during the season I worked as the Marketing Sales Specialist in my father's State Farm Insurance Agency in Hammond, Indiana. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRh5f4D24Ok&list=FLhg6RGk-9PYi9C4cqItJ7Eg&index=56 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jwfv07Ip3zc&list=FLhg6RGk-9PYi9C4cqItJ7Eg&index=71 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9oJBLw9Ds8&list=FLhg6RGk-9PYi9C4cqItJ7Eg&index=76 Show less

    • Director of Lead Generation and Corporate Call Center
      • Jun 2015 - Feb 2021

I'm very proud of the team that I have the privilege of managing. We started our Corporate Call Center in May 2018. In 2019, our team generated $19.3 million in Dealer Revenue from our leads at an average of 11.7% Cost of Marketing per Dealer based on what we charge for a Set Appointment. In 2020, we generated $50 million in Dealer Revenue (159% increase) but the average Dealer Cost of Marketing went down to 10.7%. I'm proud of the fact that we were smarter with the additional money we spent to generate leads, our Call Center Management Team did an excellent job training our callers to convert these leads at a higher rate and thanks to our Regional Sales Manager and VP of Sales, Closing % on our Leads increased 2% from 2019 to 2020, so the Dealer's Cost of Marketing went down. In 2021, we are going to try and hit $70 million in Dealer Revenue from our Corporate Call Center leads. Show less

I was the Marketing Manager for owner Steve Davidson's Indiana, Greater Michigan, Southern Connecticut and Dayton, Ohio Renewal by Andersen affiliates. I managed a marketing budget of over $4 million. My responsibilities were to oversee our Non-Traditional marketing sources such as our Call Center, Events/Shows, and Canvassing programs for each territory as well as our Traditional Marketing Sources. I worked with our Chicago based Marketing Agency MAN Marketing to develop all of our Direct Mail, Newspaper, Radio, TV, Internet, and Marriage Mail creative advertisements. I was responsible for determining and spending our Marketing budgets for each territory with the goal in mind to continue to lower both the cost per appointment and the cost of marketing percentage. We tracked every marketing source by putting a local area code tracking phone number on every advertisement and used the Ring Central phone system so I know exactly where our calls and appointments are coming from. This helps me make better decisions on where to spend the company's marketing dollars. In 2015, I was invited to speak at the National Renewal by Andersen Conference in Phoenix, AZ and was nominated for Marketing Manager of the Year. Show less
