I’ve personally had the privilege of being able to work with Eric for close to a year. For starters – he is always one of the first people in the office and one of the last to leave, no matter how hard I tried to convince him to do otherwise. He isn’t one to shy away from going the extra mile if it meant meeting a deadline on a critical project – and trust me - he was involved in a lot of critical projects that had direct impact on company revenue. He’s very patient, incredibly helpful, and has an extremely team-oriented mindset. During our time at RevenueWire together, Eric and I worked very closely on maintaining strong client relations via various digital channels. I was new to the company at the time, and I leaned on him quite heavily for support. In addition to helping me every step of the way, Eric would always go out of his way to explain to me the processes and what would need to be done to find a resolution. In addition to being a total workhorse, Eric is also an incredibly compassionate human being. He very much understands the value of motivating his colleagues and keeping morale positive, even when the weeks were stressful. Where some individuals would have taken a silo approach, Eric walks the other path. He’ll educate, empower, and encourage. And I haven’t even started talking about how gifted he is at managing client relationships. He has built communities from the ground up. Simply put – Eric is very good at what he does. Whoever is fortunate enough to come across Eric in their next business venture is in for an absolute treat. His work ethic, personality, and integrity are unparalleled, and my only regret is that we didn’t get to work on more projects together.
