I have had the opportunity to have worked with Erick for over 12 months at Rentokil North America, His contribution in guiding, coordinating and successfully managing the massive RNA Transformation program at Rentokil has been incredibly valuable and has set up the organization to be successful in that space going forward. In the role of change, service transition/ test and release manager, Erick worked closely with my team in collaborating and bringing this project to fruition. Erick's skill was in understanding the requirements of this program, and collaborating with all IT M & A teams, Business Partners, QA Teams, Vendors and cross team collaboration with global teams.
