I have been in contact with Erick for over a year now, helping him to establish connections in Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine. As far as professional development goes, very few have granted my peers and myself more valuable information on how to stand out in the crowd as an engineer and a professional. Erick has always been supportive, outgoing, and inspiring at every talk he has given and has always been punctual and willing to help out. Erick is an excellent consultant for the companies he represents and thanks to him, I am now a much better communicator and my network has grown due to the skills he has made available to me.

I had the opportunity of working with Erick for a couple of years. He is an effective and enthusiastic speaker and has the ability to reach college students and young professionals. He participated as guest speaker on numerous occasions for college students, delivered career related workshops, and recruited many college students to work for companies such as Massimo. Many internship opportunities lead to full time positions for several students. It is truly a pleasure to work with Erick and I look forward to collaborate with him in the near future.
