  ● Coordinate and prioritize warehouse operations and external logistics to make sure customer’sdelivery deadlines are met, whilst ensuring cost efficiencies.● Source of knowledge on all aspects of customer delivery compliance, ensuring new and existingcustomers’ expectations are understood and communicated to the in-house and external fulfilmentteam(s).● Conduct spot checks, as necessary, to ensure preparation of the goods continues to meet thecustomer compliance manuals’ expectations.● Execute delivery bookings to the relevant platforms for all customer orders, ensuring details areaccurate and deliveries timely.● Prepare invoice and export documentation for shipments to ensure they are able to complete theirentire journey to final destination smoothly and efficiently.● Prepare any additional customer-specific paperwork for each order following their compliancemanuals.● Provide instructions and schedules to the external freight forwarder and logistics partner(s),ensuring correct goods are identified and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner, andwindow deliveries are respected.● Follow up any deliveries by providing waybill and tracking number to the customer to maximisetheir satisfaction.● Monitoring parcels through the network to make sure the goods are delivered in the mostefficient/quickest way possible. Resolving any shortfalls, or delivery delays with freight partners,and lodging insurance claims for any damaged or lost shipments.● Assuring invoices are raised in due course and forwarded to the relevant customer’s departmentto guarantee smooth and quick payment.● On an ongoing basis, reviewing all external freight arrangements and costings to ensure bestvalue and service to the business.● On an ongoing basis, to support the Financial Controller and Managing Director with modelling themost cost effective and timely flow of goods between suppliers, distribution centers and customerdestinations.
