Rob Stevenson
Until my retirement in 2016 I was Vice-President of Alstom Ocean, a leading pioneer in developing tidal power products from 2012. Alstom Ocean had around 100 employees split across two locations, Nantes in France and Bristol in the U.K. Erick was a highly valued member of the Ocean senior management team and lead the business development function across both locations. Erick had a detailed knowledge of the sector, it’s challenges and risks and balanced the need to champion a new product whilst driving hard to meet cost and time targets together with customer requirements. As the business grew Erick grew and he was always very keen to develop and have an influence at both business and corporate level. In summary, knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated , supportive and loyal. I am proud to make this recommendation and I wish Erick well as he continues to develop his career.

I have been working alongside with Erick during 1.5 years. Erick was a master in supporting me to articulate the strategy for the Offshore Wind Global Supply Chain and to design its supporting organization,... but also, Erick led the teams in a task force mode to execute the Merkur project, a project key for the business. He pushed the team to be creative and achieve the target. His leadership was instrumental to deliver the project on time. A huge thanks!
