Collaborating with main contractor in the large scale shop drawings production to submit to AECOM and implementing a new method to improve the decorative concrete system, that has been specified by Expo 2020 requirements and lessened considerable way the budget saving millions to the main client.  Executed the Warner Brothers Theme Park in Abu Dhabi, overseeing a budget of more than AED 12 million contract, making a completely new concept of themed concrete.  Launched a new workflow focused on CAD and BIM Implementation and document control that has improved our productivity by 30% in the last 2 years.
