Managing the office archives and ensuring a proper filing system for personnel, and administrative files is in place for both electronic and hard copy documents. vii. Enforcing the HR policies and procedures and ensuring that the company is complying with in country regulatory requirements such as registration and related annual reporting to relevant authorities. viii. Performing and managing the recruitment, selection and placement tasks since the company is a Recruiting Agency and a HR Consulting Firm. ix. Organizing and performing the salary and benefits administration tasks. x. Performing and coordinating sales and marketing tasks and providing best employees to various employers and managing advertisement procedures to various sources. xi.
