A strong sense of vision, guided by data and industry knowledge, driven by a genuine passion to understand and solve real world problems, is what immediately comes to mind when I think about Erick. I led our global Stage Gate process for our Product Launch Roadmap plans and worked closely with Erick as the Associate Director of Productivity, one of our key category product managers. He was the product manager jackpot for our team. His skill set comes from his genuine ability to understand people and deduce their needs, often before they even realize it themselves. And then, he uses those discoveries to figure out the best path forward towards solving those problems and using his operational acumen to do so, ultimately driving towards successful launches. He knew the data better than anyone on the team. When it came to his product launches, he was the first to find the most efficient and process driven path forward. Because of that, his products, more often than not, came up on the high end of our profitability scale. He is truly a hidden gem, wherever Erick goes, success will follow, and thus, any organization employing Erick will see that success carry over to their team.
