I had the pleasure of working with Erick during our time at Portland State University's student run newspaper. I worked under Erick as the Advertising Manager while he was our Editor-in-Chief. Working with clients under deadlines can result in a stressful environment, but no matter what last minute ad change, addition, or drop we had - Erick always executed a smooth production process. His upbeat attitude, flexibility and ability to always see the big picture at hand made him a great leader for the publication. I can say with ease that he is an asset to any team - a company would be beyond lucky to have him on board!
