Metallic Structures Operations Director • Responsibilities: Under my responsibility, there was 3 Production Units which produce Structural components for different Programs from Business Aircraft to Commercial and Regional Aircrafts, such as Global 5000 and 6000 Rear Fuse, Global 7000 Rear Fuse, Cargo and Passenger Doors, Challenger 650 and 350 Flight Control, Q 400 Flight Control, C series Doors and CRJ 700, 900 and 1000 Flight Control, the total headcount for this Organization was 500 people including Production and Support Functions, the role include manage functions such as Production, Logistic, Quality and Methods, all with the target of accomplish Safety, Quality, Productivity, Human Development and Cost Standards, It include specific Cost & Continues improvement projects. • Accomplishments: Achievement of 260 days without accident for the Metallic Structures Organization. Customer Complains reduce by 25% and the Quality internal Performance with a 10% improvement versus target, Internal Audits performance over 90% of completition. Hours late versus Master Schedule on target for 8 months in a row with no travel work release to customer, an average of 95% Customer delivery on time for all the programs on different production rates. Inventory reduction project for 2.8 USM$ for several Programs, including layout optimization projects. (Further info provide if required). Show less
