It’s my great pleasure to recommend Erick Rodriguez Alvarez. As the manager of the Professional Services organization at Alkami, I had the privilege to work with Erick where I’ve been impressed with his dedication, data and analytical skills. Erick worked on a complex project, where we are changing from a ticketing system to a Project Management system. With great change, comes great complexity. Erick was a part of the core group that designed, built, tested and deployed the system. He worked with our subject matter experts to author project templates. He also was a main contributor to an overall audit, working on data cleanup which helped ensure consistency in our documentation repository. His contributions were beneficial to our internal teams and clients. Along with his enthusiasm and positive energy Erick has a very special spark, and I trust he will go far.
