I thoroughly enjoyed working with Eric during the rebuilding stage at Springbrook from 2018-2020. During this period, every core business function was effectively deconstructed and reconstructed. Eric became the Head of Professional Services just as these rebuilding efforts began. Professional Services was a critical focus during this time because our customers were clearly struggling to obtain greater value from their Springbrook software. Additionally, we knew that our future success depended, to a great extent, on the need to reignite our company’s focus on our customers. Springbrook had lost that single-mindedness. Eric stepped right up to the challenge. He worked to improve his team and the tools and resources available to our staff and customers. Eric always worked closely with our sales and marketing teams to help drive customer satisfaction and revenue. Eric was pivotal to the success that our sales team had in reigniting our revenue engine, ensuring professional services alignment. Under Eric’s leadership, our professional services team worked down a huge and problematic backlog of training and services opportunities that threatened to undermine all our efforts to restore our customer success. Eric was always collaborative, an honest and open communicator, and a committed and determined leader. I heartily recommend Eric Wells!

Eric is one of the most compassionate and thoughtful leaders I've had the chance to work with in my career. He understands the delicate balance between getting things done and making sure that we take care of our people. With his collaborative spirit, I found solving tough problems with Eric to be a delight. During our time at Springbrook, we worked together on the senior leadership team, reporting to the GM, with the task of helping to redirect and realign the company toward a new future. We worked through some very challenging issues and, with the aid of Eric's ability to clearly communicate and uncanny ability to be present, we eventually achieved our goal.
