  Student Physical Therapist Assistant during a 7 week clinical affiliation at the Acute Rehab facility. Responsible for providing therapy services for a traditional full caseload in scenarios of CVA, Parkinsons, TBI, Cardiac surgery, secondary complications to orthopedic procedures, and infectious diseases. Worked alongside several other PT's and PTA's to ensure safety and security for all patients and families. Major therapy sessions consisted of ambulatory goals and transfers, increase independence and exercise tolerance.   7 Week Clinical affiliation at an Outpatient Orthopedic facility. Caseload of 25-30 patients a week. Main focus was manual therapy and exercise prescription and progression. Majority of patients were TKR, Low Back Pain, and Cervical Injury recovery. Common use of E-Stim and Thermal Modalities for pain relief, manual cervical traction and soft tissue on a daily basis.
