Erich was the anchor of the team. Always positive, upbeat and knowing how to adapt when the circumstances demanded it, he showed amazing tenacity to get the job done. I could always count on Erich to juggle 3 things at once, hop on a plane, and execute on a project to completion. His ability to stay focused and driven always gave me peace of mind knowing that he would come through, regardless of the client issue or technology issue. I would hire Erich again for any organization I am involved with just on the basis of his dependability and willingness to always wanting to "do the right thing".
