As a sales rep, and then Manager reporting to me at Impath, I found Eric to always be extremely motivated, a positive leader for his team, tireless in his commitment to helping them improve, and very accountable to me and my leaders. As a peer with him at Genzyme, I saw all of these same characteristics in Eric again, along with a great ability to network with his peers, learn new and complicated disease states quickly, and the same desire to acheive success I came to expect from him at Impath.
