To put it simply, Eric is a detail oriented performer. When I first worked with Eric, he was struggling on another team because he was never told what he was responsible for. Once we fixed that problem, Eric became one of the strongest members of the team, and I think everyone was impressed with how quickly he picked up his new (actually old but not known to him) responsibilities. The best part, is that he knew what questions to ask even though he was just starting his career.

      I did a complete 180 with Best Company's Facebook advertising. Before, they were driving leads and revenue, but ultimately losing money. Over two years, I increased revenue to almost 3/4 million with an aggregate gross profit margin of 52%!
