I see Erica as a thought partner and collaborator. I can tell her what I have in mind with an outline, and she can turn it into a step-by-step clear content design with exercises and a detailed play-by-play flow. She designs beautiful slides according to any brand/style guidelines, writes excellent facilitator notes, and has a research database ready for various leadership development topics. Rockstar is the word that comes to mind when I think about Erica Mahler. We worked side by side building community and learning solutions for developers for over three years. I also had the honor of being her manager for a year and a half. During our time together, I promoted her to senior manager. Holistic thinking, creative solutions, strategic drive, and learning expertise are her superpowers. Her skills were sought out by C-levels to entry level employees during our time together. Erica built out incredible learning solutions for hundreds of employees by herself. But Erica also excelled at working collaboratively across the entire company.
