Erica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and her Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Her career began as a management consultant at the Hay Group and Booz Allen & Hamilton and as an executive recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates.
