  The just keep livin Foundation was started by Matthew and Camila McConaughey to empower high school students to lead active lives and make healthy choices by providing them with the tools for a better future.We run 42 after-school fitness and wellness programs at Title 1 high schools throughout the country. Our mission is to empower high school students by providing them with the tools to lead active lives and make healthy choices for the future. We currently serve more than 3000 students, providing them with a safe haven and encouraging them to make positive life choices to improve their physical and mental health through exercise, teamwork, gratitude, nutrition and community service. Participating students have a safe place to enhance their lives with fitness coaches and health experts. Our goal is to prevent so we don't have to cure.
