Erica is one on the most talented and passionate people I had the pleasure to meet during my time in the non-profit sector. She is a people person who takes the time to connect with her charges before motivating them into better practices. I feel sure she would become an asset to any org that took her on. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat. She rises to challenges and is not intimidated when faced with a mountain to cross. One heck of a fun human being and a darned fine professional!
