This role collaborates with Site coordinators, General Managers, Scheduling, Finance, HR, Directors, and respond to various external request and inquiries from ICBC, SC, CRA, Lawyers, Pension and Union officers. - End to end biweekly and semi monthly payroll processing for over 500+ salary and unionized employees using ADP WFN, ensuring accuracy and timelines adherence. - US payroll for more than 20+ employees which includes new hire set up, termination, off cycle payments, vacation/sick accruals tracking and 401K reporting. - Oversee WCB Quarterly and Year End Reporting and Reconciliation for more than 20+ BC sites. - RRSP Monthly Reporting and Remittances. - ADP User Access Management. - Monthly Union billings. - Monthly Union dues reporting and payments preparation. - Pension Management: BC Pension and Municipal Pension Plan. From enrolment, termination, remittances reporting to payment preparation. - Benefit Enrolment & Termination. - Benefit Reconciliation - Liaise with Financial Analyst for monthly wage rates updates and payroll clearing account reconciliation.
