  I am currently working with a team focused on building for AR (augmented reality) smart glasses. I work closely with multiple departments including multiple engineering teams, quality assurance, supply chain, research and development, and financing. Some of my job duties include operating 3+ workstations, requesting work orders, logging labor time, issue material to work orders, preforming assembly procedures properly and in accordance with work instructions, inspect quality of product. reporting finished goods to inventory, report failed parts to the material review board, create and update work instructions, determine quality specs, keep all equipment operational by providing preventative maintenance and reporting any repairs needed, display proper use of PPE for handling chemicals and knowledge of safety, practice esd protocol, and maintain inventory. Regular skills used are verbal and written communication, training, trouble shooting, organization, and attention to detail. I have experience in navigating warehouse and pulling parts to fulfill work orders, overseeing 3-8 employees, navigating inventory programs and databases, and production planning (analyzing production schedules and upcoming customer orders to assign work, and assessing employee skills to assign the best work for them).
