I have had the pleasure of working with Erica for the past seven years in several different capacities. From our time working in guest and exhibitor services together, to now collaborating on broader projects in interdepartmental teams, I have always known Erica to be an upbeat and positive contributor to the group, both in terms of productivity and overall team morale. Erica’s management skills are especially impressive, from the way she brings energy and focus to her teams, to her understanding of the different leadership styles that will bring out the best in each individual she manages.
