  The Malibu Half-Marathon & 5K event occurs annually along the pristine coastline of Malibu California [www.runmalibu.com]. My responsibilities spam from overseeing brand development, advertisement and marketing [Facebook, Twitter and Instagram], grassroots outreach, sponsorship development, securing event permits & event production. The Malibu Half Marathon & 5K features a spectacular out-and-back course in a locale famous for its 21 miles of scenic beauty, laid-back surfer vibe, and celebrity homes. Framed by the sandy beaches and crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean on one side, and the rocky bluffs and golden Santa Monica Mountains on the other, the race is a rare opportunity to run along the storied Pacific Coast Highway while protected from cars and traffic. For locals and out-of-towners alike, this destination race is an unforgettable way to experience the world-famous charms of Malibu.
