When I worked alongside Erica, she was very hardworking and helpful with all of the students that came to her for assistance. I did not utilize Career Services as often as I should have; however, while working with her, I saw first hand what a dedicated person she was. She never turned students away that needed career advise and they always left with a smile on their face. That is great customer service, in my eyes! It was a pleasure to work with you, your professional demeanor was an inspiration. Take Care!

When I first met Erica, she was my financial advisor who went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns as a new college student. Given the fact that I was active duty, she worked tirelessly to process my requests for tuition assistance and through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout my attendance as a student, she was one of my biggest supporters. The true joy and passion that she showed to both myself and my fellow students was nothing less than remarkable. Erica is personable, caring, professional, and dedicated to those around her. I cannot possibly write a recommendation that encompasses what she meant to the students that she worked with and do her justice. If you have more people like Erica Olmos in your organization, you are miles ahead of your peers.
