Annually lead the Sustainable Chemistry Index (SCI) program which I co-developed to drive Dow’s 2025 sustainability goals in each business. • Created, implemented and lead Dow’s Sustainability Academy, an employee development program that consists of a week sustainability in business acumen training at the University of Michigan as well as a six months hands-on experience with a sustainability project: 120 employees trained and coached to date and 30 projects implemented; • Coordinated input from over 100 internal global leaders and transformed the sustainability report from a questionnaire checklist to a key marketing tool to improve relationship with investors, customers and employees.
