There are clients that you work with for a project that you never see again and there are clients that truly care about the well-being and IT health of their environments that enable both parties to have a working relationship for the greater good of the customer's organization. That is exactly what Erica brings to the table. Erica was one of the clients that would do everything in her power to ensure her firm is not only getting a good deal financially but would also go out of her way repeatedly to insure firm productivity and profitability while holding us vendors accountable. Throughout my years, I've worked with firms of all sizes, from the small practitioner working out of the home to global law firms. While I've made many friends and business relationships, Erica's passion for productivity was infectious with her colleagues, and quite frankly my team as well. In fact, in her strive to enable and maximize attorney billing I can recall reviewing one of our video conferencing solutions that she proclaimed "why doesn't every law firm use this?!?" And this was BEFORE the covid pandemic, so I can only imagine that she's still at the forefront of technology ahead of her peers. We all know law firms don't like change, but law firms like improvements, smarter business process workflow, and making life easier to get things done. And there's no one better to make that happen.

Erica's program thoroughly exceeded my expectations. It provided a wide variety of leadership tools to help me succeed even though I'm not in management. I found the training extremely motivational and the training tools are frankly invaluable. I also enjoyed the sharing of ideas in group discussion, hearing others input sparked lively and interesting conversation. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to make more money and plot a course of action to help your entire company grow!
