I wore many hats at Team Toyota including New and Used Car Finance Manager, New Car Sales Manager and Internet Manager. it was full of responsibility and challenged me every day. Due to the progress I made throughout the automobile industry I was able to see the entire picture of the sale and was able to maximize on each transaction. Making sure the customer accomplished everything that they set out to accomplish during their visit and finding a good deal for both the dealership and the customer to agree upon. Always remembering, my main goal of making sure the customer was happy and always asked for repeat business and referrals.

    • Founder
      • 2004 - 2005

I decided to leave the automobile business and try something new. I enrolled in cosmetology school to get my license to become an aesthetician. After attending school, I ventured to open my own spa. I soon came to realize that the love of skin care alone was not enough to properly run a spa. Due to the lack of experience it was a short-lived dream of mine and I returned to the automobile industry because it was what I new and I was good at it.

      • 2000 - Jun 2004

I started in the summer of 2000 as a sales representative for Toyota primarily to acquire sales experience. To my surprise, I really enjoyed sales and did extremely well at it. During this time, I learned the importance of customer relations, product knowledge and how in a sales position, every situation is unique and how to act accordingly. After about three years of being one of the top sales reps in the dealership, I was offered the position in the Finance Department. It was a great opportunity for me to learn the financial end of the business. My duties in this position included; learning and understanding credit, negotiating with banks on a daily basis, organizing and processing the deals from beginning to end and utilizing my sales abilities by selling products to protect the loan and the vehicle itself. Approximately two years after this transition, I was promoted to a sales manager.

    • Martial Arts Instructor
      • 1994 - 2000

As I was training in Martial Arts for personal growth, I started to take on responsibilities with the company. I began with intros, billing and account payable. I starting teaching the "Little Dragons" and as I advanced with my training I advanced with my teaching. My main role at the studio was running the women's kickboxing program and teaching the adult classes.

    • Child Care Provider
      • 1985 - 1996

Small Talk Day Care was my very first job. I started while I a young girl in elementary school and enjoyed doing it throughout high school and college. I loved working and playing with the young children and watching them grow. After 11 years I decided I needed to get a "big girl job".
