I had the great fortune of working with Erica at MasterCard both as a colleague and then as her manager. As her colleague, I can honestly say that there were few who matched her passion and ability to build strong relationships and mutually beneficial results for her clients and company. As her manager, I was struck by her creative mind and infectious energy. She had an uncanny ability to draw people in and make them want to work with her to solve key business challenges. And, as a manager herself, she used her keen instincts about people - all at different stages in their career and professional development - to motivate them and create a high-performing team. You would be wise to hire Erica. She's a gem.
