Nick Smith

Erica is a driving force within our seminars. She is respectful but contributes fully and encourages discussion and debate among her peers. She can challenge the ideas of others in a way that is positive and helps them develop their ideas rather than stop them. Her passion for the subject and critical analysis is self evident - even when she has found something difficult she pauses, reassesses and perseveres. I was lucky enough to work with her on a group project and she helped decide the allocation of workload between myself and another colleague based on competing challenges to our time. Outside of the seminars Erica's friendliness, positive outlook and desire to experience new things means she effortlessly builds relationships.
