ZAGG's business model thrives on the ability to be agile for its many brands (mophie, Gear4, InvisibleShield, ZAGG, ZAGG Protect, IFROGZ). Consumer electronics are always changing, marketing platforms are always evolving, so must the operations of the marketing team. I create new processes that support an agile and ever changing environment. Covid-19 changed how we do business, which caused a significant decrease in size of teams while we have seen an increase in digital content, requiring even more inventive and efficient marketing strategies. I led the development of a project management machine allowing for only a 10% in task reduction while we were hit with a 40% staff reduction. I led a complete process overhaul for our go to market strategies. Creating a process that puts strategic thinking and alignment across all marketing functions, (Web, Channel, Creative, Brand, Social, PR, MSM etc.) while allowing for visibility and stability for all stakeholders. I've led over 2,000 projects and 26,000 diverse tasks over my 4 years at ZAGG. The tasks fulfilled for product launches, retail sets, franchise stores, marketing initiatives, corporate initiatives, digital promos, brand campaigns (including celebrity partnerships), product partnerships and brand collaborations. Pretty much any tangible assets you can physically see from packaging to billboards to Marshawn Lynch commercials I managed the strategy, resource allocation, work-back schedules, content strategy, content mapping and launch moments. I have led integrations of teams from 4 brands and 2 new categories that have been purchased or created under the house of brands. I have also designed a DAM process and system initiation across the entire company which focuses on content allocation. I oversee a team of project managers and content producers, which manage the workflow for video, photography, graphic design, copy writing, web design, 3d design, motion graphics, and freelance resources.
