Erica is one of the most helpful people I’ve met. I have had the privilege of working both with Erica as a colleague and now for her as she is my current supervisor. Erica is the best suited person for the role of Business Support Supervisor where she has been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. Erica’s professional skills as well as interpersonal style are the reason why her staff responds to her with a great deal of respect and enthusiasm. She is consistently pleasant, and takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. Erica is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent. Erica is one of those rare managers who also naturally serve as an inspiring mentor for the whole staff. With her background and many years’ worth of experience as a public servant and state employee, Erica exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy which is rarely found these days . Though she’s never one to draw attention to herself, Erica’s positive attitude and the respect others feel toward her are palpable. In summary, I highly recommend Erica for any position or endeavor that she may seek to pursue now or in the future as she is a great boss and all around person. She will be a valuable asset for any organization.
