Erica initially joined Futurice as an intern, to finish her education at Hyper Island. When her internship was coming to an end, the impression she left was so good she got offered a job. Her high standards of working continued through her employment with Futurice, and I've gotten to know her quite well. She is great as a colleague, and adds a lot to the atmosphere at the office. Recently I also got to work with Erica on a project where she took on the role of project lead. She was the liaison for the client, and managed to build a really good relationship. She also lead the planning sessions and retrospectives for the team, which helped us out in structuring our work. I really hope to work with Erica again in the future, and would recommend her without hesitation.
