  Willows Way is a non-profit organization with several specialized programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities (DD). As a Job Coach I assisted within individual businesses owned by adults with DD by cold called potential clients and existing contracts, Assisted during fund raisers, creating fliers,supported individuals in the community, work and home settings, and maintained records and daily paperwork.
