As one of the creators and founders I am so proud of the J.A.F.F.F.S. organization and all that it has done for young farriers across the country. This non-profit was created after the death of Jamison Albright who passed away at only 23. He had true passion and skill as a horse farrier and was a big part of my equestrian showing career and a dear friend. He is truly missed, but never forgotten. The Jamison Albright Foundation for Farrier Scholarships (J.A.F.F.F.S) is a charitable trust established for the purpose of awarding scholarships to individuals interested in a career as a Farrier. We believe formal education is the best way to prepare individuals in the care and maintenance of the feet of the horse to ensure sound performance with minimal injury or risk to the animal. We hope the scholarship will help Farrier students develop a firm foundation to ensure a successful carreer as a certified Farrier. Please visit: http://www.JAFFFS.org for more information or to donate (all donations are tax deductible).

    • Real Estate Broker Associate
      • Dec 2011 - Sep 2015

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work for this exclusive real estate firm in 2011. I have the pleasure of being a buyer’s agent for Adrianne Deans-Craven (the firm owner) while preforming my own sales and growing my team (Team Anderson Real Estate). In 2013 and 2014 I was a multi-million dollar/top producing agent at the firm and was able to assist 114+ buyers and sellers with real estate services in 2013 and 2014.

Assisted buyers and sellers under the firm license and was mentored by the owner (Mike Bullis). His mentorship gave me business insight and helped me grow as a business professional.

The Goracke Team was my real estate foundation. Working closely with top producer Dottie Goracke gave me insight that I would not have been able to get anywhere else. I was an administrative assistant who coordinated buyer and seller sales, closings and general appointments. I was also able to assist in starting the team’s social media marketing campaigns and periodically updated the team website. I also assisted in marketing seller listings and held broker and public open houses. I created unique listing flyers and general marketing campaigns. I am a quick leaner and was able to grow my business skills with the guidance and training from one of the best in the Triangle. I was at the top of my real estate class and passed both the class and state exam on the first attempt (at the time NC was ranked #2 in the country for exam toughness). I feel that my real estate knowledge and training with the Goracke Team set me up to be the top producer that I am today. I still implement what I learned on the team in my business practices today.

    • Budweiser Girl and Promotional Model
      • 2006 - 2008

I was chosen to represent Budweiser as a “Budweiser Girl” and other popular beverage brands (Bud Light Lime, Bud Light, Rolling Rock Red and even liquor brands) in Orlando Florida. In-depth product knowledge was imperative as well as having an outgoing and fun personality. The goal was always to promote the brand image in a positive light, provide a fun experience, and socially interact with as many patrons as possible while building brand loyalty. The girls I worked with in Orlando were top notch. Not only were they beautiful, they were down to earth, intelligent and business oriented (the cream of the crop). The experience taught me a lot about how I do business today. Not many people realize the work involved in these events. When companies pay top dollar, they expect nothing short of perfection and I delivered.

I preformed reception duties, filed paperwork and connected models with paid promotions and modeling opportunities. I also followed up with models and coordinated any marketing materials that needed to be picked up or mailed directly to them. While working here I was a full time student at the University of Central Florida.
