Co-lead a studio of architects organized in three to six project teams developing multi-use high riseprojects in the US, the Middle East and China Lead, teach and mentor entry level and developing architects; manage teams and manpower;prepare and present tailored solutions and options to clients; develop project plans, schedules and goals with clients; recruiting and interviewing; promotion of the firm through the production of high quality work as well as supporting conventional business development efforts

Technical Architect

Co-led project teams of 5 and 8 architects to complete two luxury residential towers, the University Club Tower in Milwaukee and Infinity Tower in Dubai, flagship developments for both clients and skyline icons for both cities Met with clients to define program; integrated code, planning, marketing and consultant requirements;coordinated buy-in from project team; worked with the client during construction to ensure proper implementation and to deal with ongoing developments

Intern Architect

• Apr 1999 - Feb 2004

Worked primarily on the renovation of GM's Global Headquarters at the Renaissance Center, providing support for the on-site construction administration team and providing design and technical development support for the team in Chicago. Developed details, documents and designs for various parts of the 28 independent phases of their renovation. Work included design of a transportation station, coordinating documents for the renovation of Mariott's 72 story hotel tower, major entry renovations, health club renovation design, CA for the Wintergarden, fire and life safety review and redevelopment, coordination of the entry pavilion and renovation of 96 elevator cabs.
