  Responsible for 24/7 monitoring of ETL schedules for multiple clients. Monitor both UNIX and Windows environments to make sure they are up and running and all of the required services are running as expected. Troubleshoot and resolve any and all issues that may arise in regards to the ETL schedule and associated servers and services. Provide internal and client facing support of software related to ETL and Business Intelligence reporting. Responsible for client communications regarding various aspects of the monitoring (failed jobs, late files, etc.). Complete required internal documentation for processes and procedures. Create any necessary incident reports to be distributed to clients for Severity 1 issues. Write scripts/queries for various purposes in PL/SQL and UNIX/Windows shell scripting.
