After the shortest retirement in history (5 weeks) I was picked up by Richard Hepburn at M&B initially as a Project Manager as part of the digital implementation team then, given my previous RoS experience looking at the development of new products within M&B. Not sure whether I'm 'poacher turned gamekeeper' or 'gamekeeper turned poacher' given my previous role at RoS, but have to say I've enjoyed my time working at M&B which has a completely different focus to working in the public sector. Retired after working for RoS for over 36 years in a number of Senior Manager roles managing projects, people and workflow. Generally good work experiences, but 'made an offer I couldn't refuse' so I didn't...!
