It has been an extraordinary pleasure working with Eric. He came into the company with an open mind and a bank of well-rounded skills, then proceeded to take on challenging roles that caused him to develop new tools and skills to serve our company as it has grown since his arrival. I can state with full confidence that our young company would not have seen near the level of success it has without him on board. One of the most remarkable traits in Eric is his ability to pick up a task without many directions and quickly build a delivered product for review. From there we would iterate till we got to a final solution for implementation. In addition to his broad skills and his ability to absorb new skills, Eric is easy to work with and highly personable. I will miss having him in Asheville. Any company considering Eric will be happy with what they find in him.
