In each cohort, I ask the instructors from other cohorts to send me their best students to help assist my own students that are in the beginning of the program. Eric was one of those chosen students and has helped a considerable amount in the classroom. Eric has volunteered his own time to help others in the program while finishing up his own studies; no small feat.
