I consult with district and site administrators to establish and support academic goals and ensure successful implementation by working with customers to develop customized implementation and professional development plans that are clear and concise and meet the customers' needs and expectations based on their goals and objectives. I conduct presentations/demonstrations/consultations in person, by phone, and virtually, and support key accounts by managing the implementation and professional development process inception of the project through completion including but not limited to data gathering, scheduling, and facilitation/customer training. I develop and facilitate professional development and training sessions for school faculty and stakeholders, and provide additional coaching, mentoring, and follow-up as needed. I also provide exceptional customer service and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders on the status of implementation progress as well as maintain documentation on customer contacts to share information with internal team members. I develop and maintain customer and internal training documentation and content (i.e. user documentation, tutorials, etc.), and present at conferences on educational topics and current trends.
